Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nura Bazary, the marketplace operated by 360 SoftCorp (trading as Nura Bazary) in Sierra Leone. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms with 360 SoftCorp.

1. The Service

Nura Bazary is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with vendors and delivery services. We provide the platform; individual vendors are responsible for preparing and handing off orders according to their branch policies and applicable law.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your password.
• You may sign in with email/username and password or with Google where available.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Orders and payments

• Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout and may change before you confirm payment.
• Payment is processed via Monime (mobile money and supported methods). Orders are confirmed when payment succeeds.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by vendor, location, and demand.
• Guest orders require valid contact details so we and vendors can fulfil and support your order.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Customer-initiated refunds for pending vendor sub-orders follow our Refund Policy. Once a vendor has accepted an order, cancellation and refund rules may differ; contact ishmaildaoh190@yahoo.com for disputes.

5. Vendor and partner roles

Vendors, branch managers, delivery HQ staff, and delivery agents use separate dashboard features subject to additional operational rules assigned by administrators. Misuse of those tools may result in suspension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or other users' experience
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs except as permitted
• Submit false orders, payment information, or delivery addresses

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Vendor content (e.g. product listings) remains the responsibility of the vendor; you may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product quality and fulfilment are primarily the vendor's responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Sierra Leone, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order through the platform, except where law requires otherwise.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law
