Please include your order number (if applicable), account email or username, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Common topics

Orders and delivery

• Track orders from your account or the order confirmation link.
• For missing or incorrect items, contact us with your order ID and branch details.

Payments

• Payments are processed via Monime (mobile money). Keep your payment confirmation until the order is complete.
• If payment succeeded but the order did not update, email us with the Monime reference if available.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for automatic refund rules on pending orders. Refunds are sent to the mobile money number you provide at cancellation.

Account and sign-in

• Use Forgot password for email or phone reset.
• Google Sign-In users without a password should continue using Google or contact support.
• To delete your account, see Account deletion.

Vendors and partners

Vendor, delivery HQ, and delivery agent access is assigned by administrators. For dashboard access issues, contact us with your business name and role.
